  • All products and equipment are specially ordered based on each customer’s unique pool setup and requirements.
  • As such, all sales are final once the order is placed, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

2. Installed Products

  • Products that have been installed as part of our services are not eligible for return or refund due to their custom nature and the installation process, which renders them non-resalable.
  • However, we stand behind the quality of our installation services. If you experience any issues, please see our Service Guarantee section below.

3. Service Guarantee

  • We are committed to ensuring the proper installation and functionality of all products we install. If there is an issue with the installation or performance of your equipment:
    • Contact us within 30 days of the installation date to address any concerns.
    • We will inspect the issue and take appropriate corrective action, which may include repairs or adjustments, at no additional cost to you.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Many of the products we install are covered by manufacturer warranties. If a product is found to be defective:
    • We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
    • Warranty terms and conditions are determined by the product manufacturer. Please refer to the documentation provided with your product for details.

5. Exceptions

  • In rare cases where an order error has occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivery), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • This may include arranging for a replacement or providing an alternative resolution.
