- As such, all sales are final once the order is placed, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
2. Installed Products
- Products that have been installed as part of our services are not eligible for return or refund due to their custom nature and the installation process, which renders them non-resalable.
- However, we stand behind the quality of our installation services. If you experience any issues, please see our Service Guarantee section below.

- We are committed to ensuring the proper installation and functionality of all products we install. If there is an issue with the installation or performance of your equipment:
- Contact us within 30 days of the installation date to address any concerns.
- We will inspect the issue and take appropriate corrective action, which may include repairs or adjustments, at no additional cost to you.
